Does my client need to install an app?
No. They get a link over WhatsApp, open it in their browser, and answer. No account, no download — which is the single biggest reason our response rates are high.
Can I move my clients over from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Paste the list exactly as it is — missing details, mixed-up columns and all — and we'll match the columns and show you the result before anything is imported.
How do I get paid?
InstaPay, Fawry or Visa. Money goes straight to your account, and we don't take a cut of what your clients pay you.
What if I have more clients than my plan allows?
You can move up a plan at any time and the difference is prorated across the remaining days. If your studio is bigger than the top plan, talk to us.
Where are client photos stored?
Encrypted, and visible only to you. A client can ask for them to be deleted at any time, and they really are deleted within 24 hours.
